Hi,

I've picked up a Puma, cheap, with the front damaged.

From looking at the puma and mk5 fiesta it looks like i could fit the mk5 fiesta front end to the puma.

I'm sure some people will try and hunt me down for even suggesting doing this conversion!!!!

but i'm after any pictures of puma's which has been converted already.

So it you can help me out, please post a pic or two or if there are any photoshoppers out there who fancy a go feel free!!

Have fun

FATBOB

There have been pictures posted here of a Fiesta with a Puma front end, but not the other way around - therefore it should be possible.

Sadly the picture link does not work any longer, but you can see it did'nt get a positive response. The front panel, lights, etc will fit the Puma, but as with this Fiesta, the front wings are hard to get right as the angles / curves of the Fiesta panels are very different to that of the Puma

I don't see why you would want to other than the fact the panels are cheaper?

Maybe some kind soul could knock you up a photoshop? wink.gif

Hi,

As i said i have picked up a puma with the front end missing (well in bits)

Just thought that the mk5 fiesta zetec S front end would be any easy job to fit, front wings, bonnet, lights, bumper as the front frame is all the same underneath.

Plus the fiesta parts might be easier to come across (and cheaper)

Its just an idea, any one fancy photo shopping something??

The fiesta with the puma front end don't work for me, but i guess some one musts like it, they built it!!!

Could this be the mod that hasn't been done yet?

pictures please!!!!

Rough and ready.

I think there could be some gap issues if you did this for real.

It looks like it would fit okay except around the windscreen.

Edit - at least you would have decent headlights. wink.gif

I was just thinking how people say the Puma is just a tarted up Fiesta - judging by those pictures it would appear they have very little in common (chassis and interior aside, obviously).

Hardly worth a Photoshop...front of a MKV Fiesta looks to me like

In some markets they make a Fiesta pickup called the Bantam/Courier...now that would look cool with a Puma front end cool.gif

I wonder if this bullbar could fit a Puma seeing as the chassis is the same dry.gif Handy for those annoying parking bumps...
