GET YOUR WHEELS BALANCED biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I changed my tyres on friday and balanced them as well as done a wheel alignment and now the puma drives like a dream wink.gif no more wobbly, Vibrating, light steering at high speeds problem wink.gif So a note to all members complaining about these problems, check your wheels, balancing and alignment.

BTW what PSI should my tyres be at?? same as the std 15" or (I have been putting them at 31psi front and rear).

I went for Yokohama Paradas and i think they are great smile.gif

I had the same problem and when the tyres were replaced the wobbling when braking stopped. Probably lost a balance weight

Thanks blush.gif
Went off the road for seemingly no apparent reason wednesday before last, been ill so haven't had time to get it looked at but will this week/weekend.
Just understeered off into a grass bank and a badly placed curb, wasn't going fast either, I always seem to crash when im going slowly lol. No idea on the damage but im damn sure it's more than a wheel, certainly doesn't feel right!.
Should be sorted before the meet though smile.gif

If you simply want to know if your alignment is off, drive down a flat road (or in the middle, avoiding the camber) hold the steering wheel dead straight then gently release your grip on the steering wheel. Any wander and it's out. Confirm by braking gently...
