Hello,

Been ages since i posted on here as my Puma has pretty much been ace since I got it.

However,

When i did get it the ABS and Traction Lights were on which was a worry, but the dealer promised they would go out over time. They did which was nice.

However, yesterday morning they both came back on. Everything still seems to work fine. I'm not dead and made it to work easily enough with good brakes!

This morning they'd gone out again! Which is obviously good, but what is happening?!

Any ideas? It was dead cold yesterday morning, could it just have been that?!

Hi,

I've had similar problems in the past with intermittent ABS lights on the dash.

For me it was a sign that the front ABS sensors were giving up the ghost. Mine were fine on dry days, but if it was wet and they'd gritted the roads I'd get the warning light.

I've had no problems after changing the sensors.

If you have a multimeter you can always check the condition of the ABS sensors.

Cheers

Woody

Ah that's brilliant thanks.

I don't know much about cars, so could I take it to a garage to get this sorted?
