evening all, just finished the next set of pictures to bore you all with
the weekend saw me spending a day (well part of a day as I wasn't feeling 100%) at Shakespeare County Raceway, attending the NSRA hot rod drags event.
I must say I love events like these as although I know sod all about the hot rodding scene I just love the variety of vehicles you can see at these shows with some serious muscle on display too.
the link to the gallery is below. Warning though as there is about 140 pics on there so it might take a little while to browse through them all.

here's a large selection below to whet your appetites, everything from matte/satin blacks to mad bright paint jobs and big V8s
Haven't got a clue what half of these are though (as in makes and models )
enjoy
next lot
any guesses as to what this turbo hayabusa bike engine was shoehorned into? The colour should give it away
I've read a bit about this jag (Mk10 I believe) and the article claimed it was a good sleeper
I'm sure the engine note from a twin supercharged V8 would give the game away lol
Some proper top level horsepower
looks like a work of art
last couple.
really love this (chevy I think) pickup.
No trip out with the camera would be complete without the obligatory HDR processed shot

Kewl mate! Love the two primered rat rods (they're not rat rods, they're just not finished!), Cougar, Boss Mustang, flamed Pop and the Bug.

That Bond Bug is great, I bet it shifts a bit too!
