Frp Wishbone Bushes

I've got a front lower wishbone rear bush gone and I'm looking to replace it myself, the question is I know the wishbones themselves are different from standard puma ones but are the bushes the same? and is there a particular method to removing the bushes or do they just press out? thanks in advance.

yes, they are different in the rear socket... and yes you need a hydraulic press to get them in tidy without damaging...

Finis 1042691 i'd replace the nuts too and run a die round the bolts.. M12 washer nuts Finis 6797866

the front socket work well with powerflex I find..
