Ok, so earlier today, around 12:45(ish, can't remember the exact time) a red Puma passes my office window. I spot some thin looking fella driving, and a chick in the passenger seat. Didn't think a great deal of it....

Sometime later a colleague of mine says to me "Did you see that Puma earlier?", to which I reply "Yeah, the red one...". My colleague then goes on to say:

QUOTE
They parked up alongside your car, the fella got out, gave your car a good looking over, got back in the car and drove off. He was about 6' 2", short curly hair, thin built, with big builder looking boots on. The girl in the car had long curly brown hair.

Just an idle thought to myself - my car is going to:

1. Be vandalised
2. Stolen
3. Set on fire
4. all the above

...very soon.

Unfortuntately my colleague couldn't recall the entire number plate, though it stated Txxx Txx

May just be a bloke trying to convince his girl that an FRP is a good buy.

He's got his work cut out though wink.gif

Maybe they had never seen / knew about FRP's before and stopped to admire it?

...but would you drive into a private car park of a business which is way off the main road looking for an FRP?

Something ain't right - and I fear a call to Direct Line will be order of the day soon enough...

Maybe they are member's and recognised your car.

Either way i'd keep an all night visual hidden at the window with a prime sniper shot of the area around your car.

Keep ya camera handy too! wink.gif

Take high tension lead out, or swap the plug leads around.

plant a bomb under the seat happy.gif barb wire 1m around the car or put nails into the driver's seats happy.gif

Elvin

PS: maybe they are looking for a place to park. I often cehck other people's car to see if there are in need of permits and if most of them do not have, then I will just park.

do it now and insure your car for £20,000.

Round this way i have had people walk into my carpark to look at the car- just to have a look.
I've done it myself when i've seen an unusual car...

Like I said though, we're way off the main road, and certainly the car park at the rear of the factory grounds is not within eyeshot of anything public.

Quite odd...

You can see into the car park if you are driving around the back of the old hyper value warehouse though can't you?.
Maybe they saw it and wanted a closer look.

If your not living life on the edge, your taking uo too much space.

You still wouldn't see my car from there, where it's parked today... Not to mention the bushes in the way too, and from my office window I have full view of the HyperValue grounds. The only time I saw a red Puma was when it passed my office window.

maybe just curious about your car i suppose. I often walk to parked Pumas to take a look to see if the inside is the same as mine and also what mods have they done to the interior.

No wonder you get parking tickets Elvin - most places that dont have permits but are private often record plates on entering an exiting the car park , those not registered inside the building are likely to be clamped/fined

Sounds like you should be posting this in the "Was it you?" section...

Slightly odd.
