Loud Clonking From Rear

My Puma has developed a loud clonkinhg from the rear, not always related to large bumps,spare tyre and holder and exhaust all ok sounds heavy and metallic from the centre....ideas?

there is a fair amount of movement, have ordred new powerflex bushes....cheers, also noticed that the shocks and springs are new, someone mentioned that there could also be noise from there ??

Bushes all changed...perfect....anyone sound insulated the car from road noise ?
