gave 241 a little treat today ready for our visit to nurberghring next weekend.

had oil replaced and filter and filled up with castrol gtx magnetec oil. Å“40
had new rear pads fitted and castrol srf high performance brake fluid put in. Å“80
changed the spark plugs for denso iridium plugs. Å“50

she now is running like a dream and seems to pick up in gear alot quicker.

it seems true what the plugs say and it definately seems perkier and quicker too pick up. Å“52 but they make me happy. 10.gif 10.gif

brake fluid was Å“50 for a litre as well but the brakes are going to get a battering next weekend so may as well put good stuff in 10.gif

im a happy boy again

and 241 said thanks too roflmao.gif roflmao.gif

Nice stuff you've added there. Were your old plugs knackered? That could explain the added vitality I guess. If not, they must be good plugs! The Focus RS lot use Denso ones too.
Lol, the expensive brake fluid is, well, expensive, but it's worth it!

it will need chaning again no later than 18months time, even if you opt to put the Ford stuff back in.
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale
