know this is early but thought id mention it.....

went to this last year with a local car group and was quite good, a wide varity of car clubs and track time for anyone (it actually all sold out before the event even started)
there aren't many stalls and that, a few but mainly a chance to watch people going round the track with all shapes of cars

Any one interested?????
applications are already being taken and could maybe class as a south west meet (these dont happen very often from what i gather)
dont know prices, all tba on the website

any one welcome but like i said, only really track time to see.

application form sent out today with regards to this, 4 cars for our stand
think it will be about £8 for the ticket, once i get confirmation i will pm you all with my address for this to send me a cheque (please pm me back your address as i will send tickets to you).
seeing as only a few of us, will prob be easier to meet at the track, once i know what stand we have i will post a map on here with the alloted area.

Hi all.
just thought id put a post up about this as been a while.
i have applied for a stand for our cars as stated and i contacted castle combe before i went away who confirmed they had my letter.
to my amazement, i believe she stated that the event is free, thats right FREE.
obviously when i get the tickets it will all be confirmed so prob will be better to meet up so as to save on any costs, morrisons is prob best.

I will state that as of today, i have NOT received the confirmation or tickets, i am still waiting and i will contact them at the end of the week just to confirm we got a stand and not mess anyone around.

hope this is all ok and look forward to seeing you at the event.
more details to come as and when i get them

well remembering last year, i think i drove in at like 9.30, wasnt busy but most stands were full by then and already doing sound checks for the track, nearly went in wrong que lol....

but prob be 8.30 or something as no where near as busy as rs day or rally day is.

but will confirm all once i got confirmation as we'll be given a stand letter so could if you wanted send you the ticket still and you turn up as and when to the stand.

ill let you know once ive got confirmation and then up to you all....
