Gathering interest for my FRP which I shall be putting up for sale in April/May time. It's a 2000 W-registration. I'm the 2nd owner. approaching 58,000 miles. Has full Ford service history. Cobra thatcham category 1 alarm and tilt sensor incorporated in to Ford system, so uses Ford remote key to arm/disarm. Technical service bulletin's carried out - front suspension turrets, TPS wiring modification and plug rework, rear brake hoses update. I can say that this is a totally original car down to the tyre valve dust caps. I fitted a full Janspeed stainless steel system over 6000 miles ago and would class this as original as they made the original mild steel system. Steering wheel professionally re-trimmed in original alcantara. Original stone guard kit fitted to rear quarter panels. Original Alcon discs and mintex pads renewed over 2000 miles ago and pistons were cleaned with no signs of pitting. RPJ prototype dampers and new Eibach springs fitted all round over 4000 miles ago. Original Clutch kit and slave cylinder renewed under 1000 miles ago. Original timing belt kit (and FRP timing plate tool used) renewed under 500 miles ago. Brand new Pirreli P Zero Nero GT tyres fitted all round. Many other parts e.g. front bumper grilles, have been replaced with original parts. This car has been serviced every year by Ford and is how a racing puma should be maintained by an enthusiast. I'm very reluctant to sell it but too many cars means it has to go to a good home! I will be deciding a price nearer the time but am gathering interest on any potential buyers when it goes up for sale in April/May.

Images have to be on the internet somewhere which gives them a URL. You could put your FRP pictures in the gallery on here and then this gives a URL per picture for your post :-)
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

Hi, We are looking for a FRP. We previously owned a Puma thunder from new (YN02OKU) and have always regretted selling it and moving on to a Mercedes SLK. We are in a position to buy if the right car comes along at a fair price. We are based in Nottingham and have no problems travelling for the right car. We are car dealers but please be assured that the car will be registered to us and will be for our own personal use. NOT for resale.Would you please email us cgcars@live.co.uk or call us on 07971169217 with any further information. Thank you in anticipation. Regards Carl and Elaine.

Wow, now that's an asking price! This is where everyone starts asking large prices just before I want to buy another! Sod's law! V4 FRP would be perfect if it was a tad cheaper, let me know how you get on with that one and if you still have it in July I will try my luck with some offers!

You can try some offers before July if you wish I'm open to offers at the moment.

Can't change till July really as I have to keep this Fiesta ST at least 8 months before I can sell it, plus I wouldn't want to insult you with cheap offers as I wasn't planning on spending anywhere near that much! I sold #225 my FRP two years ago with 60k on the clock for 6k and it was a very tidy example with new parts all round, can't believe how much they are going for two years on!
