2. Where to buy it?

As far as i know, you can't ...

you can use a piggy back chip like a uni-chip map i believe...but why you would want to i don't know...

Surely there must be more pressing issues with a 10+ year old car.. :)

However such companies as pumaspeed, pumabuild, tuninghaus somehow do it.
