More engine work on the go...Plus fitting a new Piper manifold to replace the rusty old Janspeed one..
All the usual muck and oil to clean off here around the sumps and oil pump etc etc...
This a after a good clean down...Aqua blasted sump sections back on...oil pump cleaned up and sealed back on with new crank seals front and back...rear studs and fixings also removed and cleaned...
getting there now...just need to remove the engine stand, re-fit the flywheel..lock it up and turn the bottom pulley bolt to 90deg
also changed the selector gate spring, 5th gear housing gasket and a drive shaft oil seal...
didn't take many pictures on this one..was getting very angry with all the mess..
dealing with all the smelly gearbox oil and mopping up coolant really pisses me off....
anyway...another one done..
