Hiya,
At 145k my puma's getting on a bit so thought it worthwhile getting the cambelt done again. I've had a quote for £678 which seems expensive to me but does include genuine ford parts, aux belt, water pump and gasket replacement. I trust the garage but is there anywhere else locally that people can recommend? Has anyone else paid this much? Cheers.

Tremona in Southampton have done the can belt on the 1.7 not that I've personally used them.

Thanks. Yes, Richard is the one quoting that price. Seems expensive?

Ford parts might have had a price hike, several of your parts listed could be over a hundred on their own.

I hadn't thought of that so that makes me feel a bit better!
