May be cheaper to source a re-conditioned LSD unit from a S2 Escort RST, this can be fitted to the FRP box with some tweaking.

Run a search on here i think it's been discussed before as to how it can be done.

Other than that i think you'll struggle to get a new LSD unit for less than £700 ish

I can't find any helpful post on here, but i noticed the other day your on ZSOC too, this post may help you...

Have a Quaife unit fitted to your existing box.

My gearbox is feeling a little tired / loose compared to that in my gf's sport ka and my old Fiesta ZS so I was considering replacing the whole unit rather than fitting a LSD to the existing box - gear changes are a little 'crunchy' when pushing the car.

Also, clutch's biting point is very high so I'm going to do that at the same time, rather than have it die on me

they have to grind off a small amount from the casing to fit but is pretty staight forward, they didnt go into any detail though

Managed to get hold of one of these (arrived this morning). Has anyone got any pics of where needs modifying to get it to fit??

Car getting a new clutch fitted very soon so would be beneficial to have this fitted at the same time
