Hi everyone, I need help on the following...... My puma 1.7 engine which I have running just now has jenvey 45mm throttle bodies , 4-2-1 exhaust and I have removed the variable timing. I installed an emerald ecu to control everything. So my question centres around the fact that I have acquired a head that has had some work done by lms. Basically stage2 cams with a piper vernier pulley on the exhaust cam and some uprated springs etc. I'm kinda lost as to how I set the timing. ANY advice would be appreciated.

Hi, so from what I have learnt to date, I set the inlet as per norm and then the exhaust 4 degrees advance, once on the rolling road I can play about with it..... Thanks for all the advice Posted Image

It is not something perhaps many members have experience with in order to help. Good luck with your project.
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale
