And I Thought It Was A Puncture

Thought I had a puncture, so took giggles to the place I got the tyres a couple of months ago for a check. Wheel off, lots of water spraying, and ja_stupid.gif and no-one was any the wiser. Tyre off and we spotted it:
From outside:

From inside:

No wonder the tyre was going down. Gawd knows where that has come from as i'm mega observant for potholes. The crack doesn't look fresh either so i might have been driving about with it like that since last August when I got the car wacko.gif

If it's not one thing it's another sad.gif

Anyone got a set of 17" alloys they want rid of?

Anyone know any good deals on alloys at the moment?

Or even what looks good / bad?

Any advise greatfully recieved
(off for a little cry now...)

Good job you found out now, and not after it caused an accident.
Nice to know that democracy is alive and well, and that we got to defend ourselves. Not.

mate get down to silverstone............

down there, they got a big massive room full of rims, EVERYTHING!!!

when they get the new fiesta st150, for the rallying, they completely strip them down, and keep the stuff
in a warehouse, and sell them for peanuts

they got rims, seats, cd players, steering wheels............lock stock, the lot!!

Those 17" Team Dynamics are very soft from what I've seen/heard. Guess that makes them less likely to crack though mellow.gif

I have the Team Dynamic Monza's on mine. If you can get them for that price with Toyos that is really good mine cost £580 with Falken tyres, however they are now no longer made and have been replaced by the Monza R, not as nice.

What do you mean Bok by they are soft?
