Following on from the thread about the air-con having an effect on power, I think I may have a rogue Puma.
Having the air-con does not effect my car at all it seems, and recently had two other PP in the car, and they were both surprised I could (happily) drive at 30mph on a level road in 5th gear

Maybe I have a freak car, 'cos it was intended for me biggrin.gif

Think that's fairly normal for a 1.7.

Aircon doesn't have a massive effect, it's just noticable when it turns on and off.

Sorry your car isn't special, maybe it's time to get a FRP ja_bebe.gif stickpoke.gif :rotflmao:

Assuming your air-con actually works , hold your foot in the right position to keep you at about 70 on a flat road (motorway). Keeping your foot in that position, press both a/c and recirc buttons and after a second or two you feel a kickback (kindof a jolt). It has been the same in all my pumas.
