Ford Puma 1.7

2002 “51” reg.

T&T April ‘09.

FSH – Ford and Pumaspeed (specialist)

54k miles.

Medium Steel Blue

Reduced: £3995 ono

Full history including Cam belt, tensioner and MAJOR service in April 08. Also has replacement powerflex poly bush upgrade so the ride is just like new again. Great condition, looked after car, clean and tidy!

None of the usual Puma problems: NO RUST on the arches, heater control valve replaced, parcel shelf securely fastened on!

All the usual Puma toys:

Great Alloys with loads of tread left on tyres

ABS,

Aircon,

Heated Front Screen,

Elec Windows & Mirrors,

Traction Control,

Silver dashboard trim and ally gear knob,

White Dials,

Sport Seats,

CD/radio.

If the price is right, can also include huge “Evo” spoiler, reclining bucket setas and OMP subframes and 3-point harnesses, spare door cards all worth nearly £500.

Bad points: Some boot trim is loose but doesn’t rattle. Couple of stone chips on bonnet. Cup holder behind handbrake is missing. Just being picky here… mechanically it’s great!

Any inspection welcome! Want to test drive: Bring proof of insurance and both parts of license -just to cover me if you bend it! No canvassers, no agencies, no non-UK buyers, no test pilots. Genuine car, genuine sale.

Andy 0 7 8 3 7 371 344

MUST SELL! Make me a silly offer!

York/Selby area.

Let's be clear about what "silly offers" means:

I want £3000 as long as it goes inside a week.

Including the purchase, repair and maintenance I have spent £4500 on it just 3 months ago, and it has another 500 quid of seats and sub frame toys you could flog on for a couple of hundred notes.

This is a genuine car and a genuine sale - it needs nothing doing to it and is a bargain. Other cars of similar age/spec etc locally are advertised between 4 and 4.5 grand.

Just buy it, put it straight back on the market and make a profit if you like, I just need a fast sale so I can buy another car (I miss my turbo celica too much and am going back).

Good luck, seems good value - although a lot of car's are selling at trade value at the moment, which is frightening. It really is a buyers market.

would 2250 nail it?

seeery-ously. i take delivery on sat for my superdooper celica and so it has to go before then.

if it doesn't it'll be declared SORN and it'll sit in the garage until someone comes along with 3 grand.

you won't get a great example for 1500 to be honest. Although if you're willing to put up with a high miler and look after it, it's still a lot of car for the money!
