Chris, (extracted from the 'Create a Meet' page.....
3. The meet organiser should then send a private message (PM) to the Pumapeople Admin detailing the meet date/venue (so the appropriate usergroup can be created) and also a short sentence describing the meet (so an appropriate photo album can be created)
4. The Pumapeople Admin will then create both the usergroup and album, making the meet coordinator the moderator of the meet usergroup.
