Knocking Noise?

I've recently noticed that when i drive the car hard and take, say, a sweeping left hand bend i get an awful knocking noise coming from the drivers side rear suspension/wheel area? and idea people? Hope it's not too bad

Bearing?

Is there any play in the wheel?

They are prone to knocking out rear wheel bearings. Replace with a Focus one, slightly heavier duty I think.
