also to turn up recently was a kent cams performance cam belt (plus crank and cam bolts new from ford)

a pair of escort rs turbo bonnet vents (they will be sprayed panther black)

i needed a power steering pressure line to go from the pas pump to the steering rack, as i will be deleating the a/c the pump moves to the front of the block where the current a/c pump lives, only prob is it costs loads for a new line from ford and finding a second hand one is pretty unlikely, so i thought stuff it, il aeroquip that too! which is good because it is a lot cheaper to aeroquip it than buy the new line! here is the -6 fitting and adapter on the pas pump

Love shiny bits.

Is that another complete 1.7 or something else? Apologies for not recognising the engine, can't do that with Fords yet :roflmao:

me and my friend sean have been busy this week, firstly my car failed its mot :( but it was an easy fix, it needed 2 new top mounts on the front, and the rear left caliper was sticking so i took it apart, greased it and now its fine, second job was to spray my new mirror bases satin black and get them on thecar, again no real dramas there, as sean didnt have much work on this week in the garage i decided to do my cam belt, as it was long over due, i had a new ford belt and tensioner but i also had a set of frp cams that sean gave to me, so i thought i would crack on and fit them at the same time, thankfully they didnt need any shimming at all so it was a straight swap, this morning i just need to finish assembly and it will be all done :) here are some pics of what we have been up too

i know they look small but i think it makes the car look even wider, im quite chuffed with the result
