I'm looking into taking my car into PB in the next few weeks to have all the bushes changed to give a new lease of life into the car.
Is Pumabuild.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=43_69&products_id=246" target="_blank">this the set ( Powerflex complete Suspension Kit Puma/Fiesta) the set that would be used, or is there a FRP specific set?

thats 6 out of the 8.
im not sure if powerflex do the other two yet as when i had my puma and frp done they didnt and you just use the frp ones which are upgraded parts anyway or Pumabuild used to sell their own hardened ones
well well worth getting them done mate they transformed the frp and my old 1.7

yet I too fitted the normal FRP bush for that one (though this is actually from an Escort van or similar) and the rest are Pwerflex
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

I know most have only good comments to make about the Powerflex....
Personally i think the rear beam bushes totally spoil the car..... when i get round to it i'm taking my whole rear beam off and gona press new oem items back in....
My FRP has been running them for a few years now.... and i noticed when fitted they did make the car feel really harsh and 'bang'y on the rear ....
I kind of got used to it, but it wasn't till fitting them to my old fiesta recently till i realised just how much they spoil the quality of the ride and cause considerably more road noise etc etc.... it has totally runined my fiesta, the road noise is bloody awfull and again, it feels very 'crashy' on the back end...
yes, the handle feels more solid tho...
i'll probably keep the PF one in the front arm tho....

i've had powerflex all round on my frp for 3 years

Totally agree with you there.
I had some PF bushes fitted to my FRP at Pumbuild last spring. And i find that they're really noisy and a bit too solid. Gave me the impression that a wheel bearing was shot.
