Hi.
My wife has a puma black and the lights are very poor, the drivers points high and right and the passengers points low. Both are dim, any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated.

My lights are the opposite. The passenger side beam isn't great but the driver side is awful. Let's you see about 10 feet in front of the car. I thought it was to avoid glaring oncoming drivers. The full beams are great though.

Because of the design of the light beam units (small projectors), cleanliness and aim of the beams are absolutely vital.
First thing I would check is the state of the bulbs themselves- any sign of blackening, replace them at once. Call me pessimistic but I replace my bulbs no matter what every 2 years (mind you I drive with my lights on 100% of the time).
Once this is done, get the beams set up properly. Most MOT test stations have a beam setting machine. (make sure your level control is at '0' for this).
Lastly, make sure the outside AND inside of the light is clean. Due to the small but intense area of light emitted from the projector, any dirt will seriously affect the output through the lens... Suggest a quick blast from an air blaster as used by computer people should do the trick (these contain CLEAN air).
