Date: Sunday 7th August 2011

Time: TBA

More info Click link

Location: Silverstone Circuit, Northamptonshire

Meeting Point (different to Event Location): TBC

Meeting point Map: TBC

Meeting time: TBC

Event Details: To take part in the annual Ford Fair Show at Silverstone racetrack, and have your Puma on the club stand

Price: £15.50 per PERSON. Including paypal fees.

We'd need to pre book a stand.

It would be £15.50 (including paypal fees) per ticket, each person in the car needs a ticket.

I'd need to know by 1st May to book a stand. This is a strict cut off date, no payment, no stand place.

Please PM me for paypal address

Special Instructions:

Members are to organise their own track time and 0-60 run tickets seperately, this is a known headache otherwise. People can leave the stand during the day with their Puma if they want to go do a track session or 0-60 run etc. If they want to do loads of track sessions then they are best placed just booking the track time and a track stand pass, this is a seperate area of the ciruit where there cars park up.

If planning a hotel, you should book ASAP, as they are already filling up quickly

We need at least 5 cars on the stand.
Please register your interest, with number of cars, and number of people.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM FORD FAIR, AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME STAND IF YOU DO

Please reply to this thread if you are coming/interested in coming.

I don't mind arranging it, as you wont do a joint stand, without members signing up on the other place.

Ben will sort it on the day.

Need a minimum of 5 puma here, for a puma people stand.

The whole joint stand isn't happening as it has been such a cause of hastle in the past. At least now people have a choice of who they want to go with.

Trust me Al, in previous years just getting people to talk to each other was hard enough. As Pumapeople is a lot quieter these days, it probably wouldn't be an issue now, however we've struck out on our own twice now for Ford Fair. Both times have been really successful - I think a joint stand would be a backwards step.

Plus, it'd be a right pain in the rear trying to organise this across two forums!

I don't mind who you got with, or by yourself AL....

Just think people here should be given the chance to be on a stand.... Shame no word from the staff here, about it. Kat has been helpful though :)

They haven;t released the prices yet.

Last year was £14, including stand pass.

Payments will need to be made before end of April, and will NOT be refundable, but you may pass to someone else, providing I'm informed, so as to know who to assign passes too.

No issues with a joint stand, but we would ask please that the Pumapeople banner is displayed.

I need to find out who currently has the PP banner, as I lost track of it.

HI Kat..

The others have said NO to a joint stand, so I'm happy to administer the application and tickets for pumapeople, and Bendunn will be the puma organiser on the stand, as I cant do that, as have the wrong car now.

I'm determined to get pumapeople represented there, providing the members her support the stand :)
