whilst I don't have a cupboard full of FD lenses, I have a couple on my old Canon bodies.... when I last looked there was no convertor... now there is clicky me so now back to thinking about a Canon 400 type thing........
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

worth a shot (pun intended) but I bet it won't be long before you're after some more modern Canon lenses!

it was a very brave thing of Canon to do when they changed their mount!

nothing lost maybe... got to make the jump though
bigger camera, clunky camera bag and all that... something nice/appealing about digial prosumer jobbies, lots of zoom and not that big/heavy either..

to be honest I've not looked back since making the jump to my SLR from my panasonic bridge camera. When viewing the pictures one after the other to compare (when they are full screen on my big monitor) the difference in quality is very noticable.
