got this company off of turby on here as he had one made for his excige and has one on lisa's frp,

ive emailed them and waiting to hear back on if they have a tailored one to fit the frp, i will let you know what they say.

the outdoor one is fully waterproof and costs about £175.

hmm yes alot but if you have no garage is a better option

i paid 65 for my one now but its pooe.

makes my wax go all blotchy and it marks the pint work so it needs buffing off in places all the time, and its not waterproof either.

these ones are fully waterproof and frost proof and have a smooth padded inside to them, and they are tailored to fit the exact dimensions of your car.

yeah its a fleece type material inside and a weatherproof outside and its breathable so can stay on full time rather than having to take it off every couple of days.

My next door neighbour bought a brand new one off Egay for his BMW and it had the fleece like interior and was weaterproof and he never moaned about damaging paint work or messing up the wx shine and he only paid about £50 i'm sure.

I'll ask him smile.gif

Its a universal one.

What's the point of a tailored one though i really don't see the point.

If it cover's and protects the car surely its just as good?

you would think so but ive had three different ones and they dont they move about too much even tied down due to not being the right shape etc.

the tailored one will be a nice tight fit and will stop the cover moving and prevent the wax from smudgeing etc.

Have previously bought one from here:
http://www.covercraft-europe.com/

Not cheap but good. Be VERY careful using it outdoors, it must fit tightly to avoid the wind getting under it and rubbing your paintwork to sh!te.
Also watch out for 'hotspots' such as mirror and bumper edges, the material must be soft but therefore can wear through at these points if not fitted tightly.
I would go for a light colour so it's obvious where the material may be abrading and to stop it getting too hot in summer.

As ever, you get what you pay for...
