what's the beast air filter fo the 1.7 allways had pipercross in the past ?????

searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

Wot happy-kat said. Fancy go-faster filters are as likely to decrease performance as increase it.

In find a standard airbox with a foam filter to give best results (Pipercross) quite cheap at under ?30

but got to have the induction sound would build some sort of shield to stop engine heat soak and put in some sort of air supply hosing i know that people always say stay with the standard air box do u lot not mod that in any way ie drilling more holes in in

I've just got a Green Cotton panel filter for my car and the quality is impressive. I haven't fitted it yet, though.

Mines just fitted with a standard K&N paper filter, frees up airflow and lasts for 100k too.

What about Pipercross Panel filter or K&N panel filter.

Just gaffa tape a sponge on to it. tongue.gif

personally if I was with my old Puma I would do the FRP air box mod and change the exhaust system. Would also get you more noise and a decent exhuast sound biggrin.gif
