As most of you know I've spent quite a bit of time getting my FRP bodywork as near perfect as possible ready for the shows this year. So as you can imagine, I was gutted having taken it out the garage for only the second time this year, to find that it had a stone chip on the bonnet. A nice big white one... sad.gif

Anyway I decided then that I would save up to get armourfend on the front bumper and rear arches but wasn't keen on having it on the bonnet so instead my baby now has a new Bra.......

Please no comments on the fitting as it needs a bit of adjustment and we only put it on quick to see what it looks like. The material should look skin tight when fitted properly.

It's not going to be a permanent thing - just to put on to travel to and from shows.

Not a bad idea, but obviously can't help chips to the bumper or wings. sad.gif

Anyway, better than Vas' bubblewrap effort at Ford Fair a couple of years back!! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Yes, the template for the bra was made abroad which is why they could only make the bonnet section for me. They had to use a normal puma for the measurements. Normally a bumper version would be available as well but as it's the FRP they couldn't source a car to use.

Unfortunately just the bonnet, but it's better than nothing.

not sure if it would have stood a motorway drive though, Vas's I think stuck quite well.

Dani have you pushed the car into the garage? The gap between the side and the wall looks pretty small laugh.gif
