There will only be a certain number made and no more after that as the mould will only cast so many before its knackered.

So I was looking on ebay and came across a Ford Focus RS Diecast Model

And it ignited my Interest of a FRP model, was going to open a new topic on this but did a search on this subject and found this topic and found I was the last one to post on the topic so what ever happened to this is it still a goer tried phoning the person but no answer?

Actually it was a problem getting the tyres for the model.
The company that made the majority of tyres for the model car industry went out of business.

I will see the chap who was doing the models in September and will have a chat with him.

The only 1:43 models made were either the minichamps diecast of the standard car (IIRC left hand drive ?) or various S1600 self build kits with the extra wide arches (ie wider than FRP) and stripped out interiors.
