I spoke with Spark models a while back with regards to making a limited run, they seemed interested but would have to apply for the rights and consider profitability, I have not heard back lately so i'm all for this!

I spoke with Spark models a while back with regards to making a limited run, they seemed interested but would have to apply for the rights and consider profitability, I have not heard back lately so i'm all for this!

Bit of an update :!:
The current number of people who are interested, aren't enough for Tickford to go ahead at the moment :cry:
BUT
I was chatting to the owners of one of the model stands at Combe on Saturday.
He will do a Resin 1:43 model of the FRP with the interior for around £30 with a minimum of 50 orders
He has the ST160 moulds or something which he will use.
I will put all his details on here when I find his card :wink:
They might not be numbered...

Well the time has come for order details etc
Some club member will have met the Peter as his wife owned FRP333 and he came along to a meet in North Wales once :wink:
His web site is:

He is going adapt the rally car mould so the bonnet is correct and the interior complete.
Also the correct wheels will me made for the kit.
The model will come in kit form for now and may / may not be painted.
He is going to have a picture of what we will get and details put on his web site ASAP.
He will just want a deposit for now.
Minimum of 50 required to get them in to production, which is much better then it was going to be :wink:
The price will also be on the web site once he has worked it out £30-£40 max he thinks.

I have a can of Imperial Blue paint, I bought to spray my towing eye cover after the original fell out.
But hopefully them painted will be an option.
