That's pretty cool. I'd like to drop a Zetec Turbo into a similarly done up Capri chassis.

Each to there own i suppose...but i would have much prefered this classic car to be restored to its former glory....but i would say that because like standard cars and classic cars.- its a crying shame to take an almost perfect classic restoration project and bucher it into a racing machine!!

Good job done though.

That is a phat car... old mixed with new and I love the plain white look. Complete and utter credit goes to the ppl that put that baby together. Not only was it accomplished in 6 months of hard work but I bet it cost bucks to do! What a fun project!

I actually though of dropping a Capri body onto a full house Impreza chassis, combining the best of both cool.gif
Either that or a classic Beetle.

I'm no purist bleh.gif Just need the money for these projects... rolleyes.gif

I'm not the maddest by far, the maddest I've seen is a 4.0l V8 BMW engine in a FIAT Strada convertible, the same guy also made one with RS Cossie 4x4 running gear ohmy.gif

It's a Toyota Celica MK1, very rare in this country.

Celica TA20. The Toyota electronic parts catalogue doesn't even list it any more! Nice cars though, if you're luck enough to find one.
New car, caviar, four star daydream, think I'll buy me a football team.
