Hcv Problems

Just had a hcv fitted and still getting hot air even if it's on cold, any ideas?
my local garage has fitted the same one before to offer fiestas / pumas etc and they all worked fine, one old one only blow out hot air and the replacement one is, i had a quick look at the heater control panel, the cables are attached but behind the cold / hot control there is a circuit board, it seems to be an electrical issue

It can be a panel problem... is usually a heater control valve 9times out of ten i'd say...

Only fit a genuine FORD part for the heater control valve... pattern part copies are garbage
