I left my switch/maestro card in the little machine at the checkout in Morrisons the other day. I discovered it was missing when I went to pay for a CD at HMV online.


I have just been to collect it, I had to produce my passport so that they would release it to me.

The nice thing was that Yvonne then paid for my CD.

The most worrying thing is; I left my card there last week as well.



Perhaps I'm not fit to be let out.

at least it is reassuring that your card was not just handed back to just anyone claiming to be the owner of your card

If it's the 'skirt tucked in the knickers' scenario I've very nearly been there myself. A very observant and kind hearted lady stopped me just as I walked out of the ladies and saved me a great deal of embarrassment. I was at a big Christmas do with all Peter's workmates and would have been tormented mercilessly forever if she hadn't noticed.

OK what you need is to tie a bit of elastic to your card and the other end to your wallet - bit topcat stylee.

Try not to do it again, third time lucky for the bad boy who finds it.

not a bad idea, could punch a whole through the card to tie sommit to it I expect as long as the magnetic strip was not compromised it would work still

I used to always use the boy's loos when out at parties etc. sure way to get a pee, the ladies were always packed!!

if you wear a thong there is not risk of skirt hoist move sideways!!

lol, far to old for that stuff now, must clear out the draw sometime to make room for more tents!

good idea with the cards!! with chip and pin you could do that!!
