My 17s just fit, its lowered 30mm and I tried to put 215/40/17 tyres on and it didnt fit so had to put 205/40/17s on, thats how close it is!!

If its only lowered 30mm and not more, (But by looking at your picture it looks more than 30mm) there shouldnt be a problem with 17's 'just fitting'

16's seem to be the best compromise between looks n performance,17's must slow it down slightly,n you can get the car lower on 16's which surely is a bonus

The difference in speed is very minimal.

17" depending on tyre type.

Some cars will need modifying of the INNER chassis rail even with only 17", be careful of this as it might not be apparent that your tyre is being sliced up and you risk a blowout blink.gif

You can put 18"s on with the above mod and removal of the front arch liners.

The clearence on the back suspension springs is very tight on my 17" so you have to watch how wide the wheels and tyres are.

It is only lowered 30mm, but the 215/40/17s didn't fit, so get 205/40/17s!
