Owned the puma for 4 months now. Love the car and had no problems until tonight. Started the carand there was a loud clunk from underneath. Tried to move off and both rear wheels are seized solid. I only really use the car at the weekends but now cant even get it out of the garage, to take to my mechanic.

Please help
thanks a lot

What makes you think the rear wheels have seized?

I was thinking that your exhaust might have fallen in half. wink.gif

Whatever you do, don't try to force the car to move. blink.gif

if you put the car away after washing it sometimes the rear brakes seem to seize, and when you put the car into gear and move it later/the next day there is a loud clunking sound as the car moves

Ahhh. You could be right.

I thought he heard the loud clunk before he tried to move it.

This needs clarifying, and fast!

If it is the exhaust, it's a good job it didn't happen when the car was moving.
That sort of thing can have your back bumper off. huh.gif

problem now solved. managed to get a mechanic to come and sort it. he said they seized on, due to the car being washed, then left unused for a week.
tahnks for the replies, much appreciated
