Hi All,

Small problem with my heating.

When I first start the car the heater stays cold until I turn up the heating, then it stays on hot at all times unless I turn on the air con.

Any ideas of where to look for this problem?

Thanks

Heater control valve. Changed mine last week, £27 from ford and very easy to change. You'll also need some pink coolant. Some guides here.... http://www.pumapeople.com/forum/index.php?...ticle&id=15 ..... http://www.pumapeople.com/forum/index.php?...ticle&id=16

When you change it make sure the heater in the car is set in the middle between hot and cold. Dont know why, thats what ford told me to do and it works fine. biggrin.gif

Well I fitted the part today. Took me about 1 1/2 hours, but I am useless with cars stuff, and the top strut brace was really in the way.

On the plus side - the heater now works perfectly biggrin.gif
