After Spending a lot of time designing a template manifold to bolt on a direct T25 Garret Turbo to the 1.7 cylinder head i found the version i made although it was very good it was very restrictive and would loose a lot of power.

I took my design to a fabricator who has made me a mild steel custom turbo manifold flowing 40% more air than my original design. Using my design with all acurate measurements and clearences this will fit a T2/T25/T28 Turbo to a 1.25/1.4/1.6 and 1.7 Puma/Racing head.

When doing a turbo conversion i have found the manifold the hardest part to make but now i have made an excellent of the shelf template to work from.

Anybody that is interested the manifold will be made to order and take a week to make.

Turbo Manifold will cost £300 delivered - This cost me a lot more to design, make and test.

Payment can be made via PAYPAL (Gift) where you can leave your postal address and i will do the rest.

Please see pics below - Can post up more fitted, PM me if you are interested this is an exclusive custom part, i have done my research and nobody else offers this of the shelf part

You should be tempted, its a very good base - The rest of the conversion is easy compared to making the manifold up...

I think that is a bit overpriced, but I'll add your advertise to the italian forum, is good as idea but at least should be made in stainless steel for a better durability.

I think it's a reasonable price, I've been following Claytons project on zsoc and I know how much effort has gone in to this! if you are reading this Clayton is there any chance of a stainless version?

I'll take a Miltek from Pumaspeed for this price
Stainless steel, tested and proved to provide the best performance.

But the point of this manifold is that it's designed for use with a Turbo. You'd not fit the Miltek in so you need to make something fit yourself.

Thank you for the kind feedback guys.

Sadly i cannot offer this in stainless steel. Stainless has a tendency to crack under high temperatures that a turbo produces, mild steel is better for this sort of application.

PIPER/MILTEK/ASHLEY have ripped of the frp design and made it stainless steel charging £300 for the pleasure when the mild steel frp one is just as good - This is a one off turbo manifold that is a straight fit for a T2/T25 and T28 turbo.

For the work involved to design, test and build these the price is not so bad, especially if you had compare the cost of doing this yourself.
