Goodyear Eage FI GSD3: Wear Rate

Anyone have an idea of the wear rate of Goodyear Eage FI GSD3 compared to Pirelli 6000?
I presume it's higher, but by how much?
Thanks
Bosco

Blimey Bosco - this is gonna be a very difficult one to answer. Surely it depends on amount of miles, type of road, speeds, corners, braking and a whole host of things. A bit of a piece of string I suspect. Isn't the ride quality/grip/stopping power more important?

They start at about 8mm for a new tyre so 20K or 2 years isnt bad for a FRP tyre surely?

very good.
I got 14k out of my P7000.. and I am a 'slow' driver.. me thinks...
I swapped my rears to the front and they look good to replace very soon...

Yep K8 - 1.6mm may be legal (some of the time), but I reckon 3mm is the time to start thinking about a replacement - its when you need your tyres in an emergency that the extra tread might make the difference....

I changed my P7000's for GSD3's as they seemed to be the best overall (in FRP size) in the various tyre tests I read - this included wear rate too, so you shouldn't have a major problem with wear.
I bought them on the internet, which even with delivery & fitting, was cheaper than regular tyre outlets..
