Braided Hoses - No Bracket

Hi folks
In my enthusiasm to fettle my 'new' Puma I ordered a full set of Hel braided hoses.
2 things have stopped me from fitting the fronts (haven't looked at the back yet)
There's no bracket on the hose and it looks like the one on the old hose would never fit over the end fittings. They seem a too short, assuming the shorter ones are for the front
Am I a muppet?Have I got the wrong bits? Do I need to use/butcher the existing guide brackets, or get new ones?
