I'm planning a full suspension overhaul on my Puma and working in a spare parts dealership I'm interested in which parts are 100% same as on the Fiesta, and which are unique for the Puma.

Springs are lower and stiffer, and the shock absorbers are stiffer.
But what about all the rest? All the bushings, wishbones and links?
I'm wondering if they used a harder rubber compound for the bushings or something to that end.

Someone with the Ford parts program can probably help?

AFAIK the rear beam is 40% stiffer in bendindg and that is about it. Everything else is the same (bar the springs and shocks you already mentioned)

The Haynes Fiesta Manual (3397) can answer a lot of your questions.
