Posted Image Sorry to read of your terrible experience but very pleased to see you got a full refund. Don't let it put you off the Puma though because they are fabulous little cars when you get a good one but therein lies the problem because they are old now and many are showing their age!

Don't even get me started on dodgy second hand car salemen of whom I take great delight in ripping to shreds after they have wasted my time luring me to see the ropey old 'nails' they describe as 'pristine' 'first to see will buy' 'the best example on the road' etc. and the rest of the nonsense that comes out of their mouths! We recently came across a silver Puma in a local garage that we could only have described as 'fit for the scrapper' and this was unbelievably on a forecourt with an asking price of £1699 (internet price £1495??) It was sat in long grass and looked like it had been for sometime and was the poorest example of a Puma I have ever seen Posted Image but that's what you are up against with these sharks and they'll still try and convince you that you will not find a better one! So good for you for standing up for your rights and better luck next time. Posted Image
