Hi

My wife has recently been having a few weird electrical issues with her puma

The lights on the dash and the heater motor fan have been surging and I think the full beam blipped in also during these episodes.. ie going bright for a split second and the heater motor fan noise increases as if you have changed the setting.. Like I said tho this only happens for a split second.. If you blinked you'd miss it

So I took it to work one morning and the ABS & traction control lights came on for about 10 seconds whilst driving, then all the dashboard clocks went to 0 and did something I could only describe as a reset.. They all shot upto thier max before returning to what they were previous

The full beam has now stopped working.. Any Ideas would be much appreciated

Thanks

Haven't seen this fault on mine, but has been posted before, ended up being the alternator at fault think it was overcharging.

Think the post was last October/November, don't know if there is a history/archive to look in??

Hope this helps

ABS/TC lights usually indicate ABS sensor problem if they stay lit.

Speedo needles flicking right over/back, probably battery getting low.

As for other problems, as above suspect alternator.
