If any of you come across a Green MGB GT which Bulges more than a FRP at a trackday, get out the way
The owner Mark, is a regular at Combe. But I see he is now spreading his wings a bit.
I have come across him on a track session, and the car has to be seen to be believed...
Recent Brands Hatch outing.

No Mark is local to Chippenham.
I used to go to All Car Equip in West Kingsdown regularly for webber carb jets.
I remember screaming down Death Hill or whatever the had decided to call it and my exhaust blew apart on my Mk1 Escort 1660cc.
The car absolutely took off with the restriction gone 8K plus RPM.
From then on I always ran a 2" side exit exhaust.
Bloody LOUD Flames with the Pops and Bangs.

love brands indy circuit....hate the bend going down the hill, whats it called graham hill bend, always unerves me going into bend down a hill. and been on the grass there once or twice... hoping to a brands session with the new track cars this year but no idea when, thinking of taking the FRP and the beach buggy for a laugh...150 bhp, and only weighs around 600kg if that...wont handle well i suspect...
doesnt your FRP look big compared to the MG

Paddock Hill is the big right hander at the end of the straight with the big drop.
searching is fruitful | I'm a sponge not a mechanic | please do try that if stuck with a Puma problem whilst waiting for a reply | For the Puma fan this read 'The Inside Story Book' is very nice to own sometimes still seen for sale

no not that one, been in the gravel there before now, too much power as i go over the crest and spin her out, rear wheel drive... Graham hill is the left hander coming down from the really sharp druids corner. the realy tight one then you drop down have to keep right then left and drift out to the edge by the grass on the right , as i say been on that grass a few times before now...
