When I bought my Puma last weekend, the wheelbrace was present, but the jack was missing.

I took the opportunity of liberating the jack from my knackered old Mk4 1.25 Fiesta.

As the Puma is MK4 based, am I right in assuming the jack is going to be ok to use?

Also, anyone know the thread size and length of the bolt that holds the jack in it's little cubby hole?
See that Steve McQueen? That's me that is.....

I don't know the thread sizes but I've got a few of them if you need one.

I think the Ford Scissor Jack has been the same for years, I have one that is probably 30 years old that I use on our Pumas and also the Mk6.5 ST Fiesta with no problems.

Just checked eCat, the part number for the Puma jack is: 1072428 and the fez is 1675918. Not sure of the technical differences, it may just be a different location mounting hole.

The fixing bolt is a M6X51, part number 1015591.

Hope this helps.
