Hi all, have replaced fuel pump with complete unit . Firstly it didn't seem to be working, then cut in but engine did not start and went to bed thinking it just needed bleeding this morning, but now not cutting in again. Has anyone got any ideas? This is such a vile job, and one of the clips on the first unit supplied had not been fitted properly and it couldn't be replaced until monday, so with only weekends to work on the car we are now on our second weekend.

Have you checked that the fuel cut off switch inside the car hasn't been triggered?

Thanks happy kat for the suggestion. White connection plug wasn't fully home. More aggro but finally done successfully.
