I have run the Supply off the ignition switch, through a suitable fuse and up the drivers side of the car to my Amp and base box. (12" sub and 380w amp)
Where they are on a plug and socket.
The speaker wires run up the other side sill and are also plugged in.
The whole lot can be unplugged in seconds and remoevd from the boot.
There is also a 6 disk Kenwood multichanger in the boot.
The whole lot is being controlled by the standard ford CD6000 silver head unit, through an interface.
