Hiya,
Just a quick one hopefully...
New puma (2000/W plate) collected yesterday, the passenger side tail/brake light was out so i had a wiggle and it came back on but nothing changed when the brake peddle was pressed (drivers side worked fine)
I assumed it must just be a dodgy bulb and the 'brake light part' of the bulb wasnt working.
However whilst following it home (my missus was driving the puma) I realised that the bulb was actually showing constant breaking on the passenger side tail light (it looked like a fog light!)
The bulb seemed a little loose in the holder and needed wiggling to get the bulb to come on, then any slight movement when putting the bulb and holder back into the tail light made it go out again... eventually i managed to get it back in the hole with it still on and then noticed the problem.
The bulb will be the first thing to change to see if it sorts the problem but wondered if this is anything more suspicious than a faulty bulb as the bulb looked fine when i took it out?
Thankyou for reading, hope to hear from you soon

swap the driver's side stop/tail bulb to the passenger's side and see if it works.
Sometimes the socket pins can stick and not make proper contact. Spray a very small amount of WD40 in the socket and work the pins up and down with a non-metallic object to see if they loosen up.
