...with this one

http://www.topgear.com/content/news/stories/2089/ puke.gif

Peugeot used to make great looking cars like the 205, 106, 306, 406 (pretty much their whole old model range actually). Now we're getting abominations like this, a fat 206 (the new 207), a stupid square box with pointless doors (the 1007), and a car with a front presumably designed to filter plankton (the 407). I used to love their cars, but I really think they've lost it now.

Or is it just me? ja_stupid.gif

I just hate the way they're insisting on grafting that stupid gaping grille on the front of all their cars. Ick.

It just looks like a TT that they have stuck the Peugeot corporate face onto. puke.gif

IMO Peugeots have never been particularly good looking, but they are definitely worse than ever now!

I'm not saying i don't like it but i reckon it will grow on me.

But is that the final design and production model or just a concept?

I reckon they should have asked Pininfarina to design it like they did with their last good looking car, the 406 Coupe. wub.gif

Seconded. It seems elegance is being replaced with freakishness

Yeah it's like car designers have been watching 1980's sci-fi films for inspiration.

I like the original folding hard top car on the 207cc advert, Peugeot 401 Eclipse.
