Nicksweep here folks.
Got the same problem with my Puma. Pitty ford didn't notice this when they were building it.
So what's the solution ?
And how much would i be expecting to pay to have them repaired ?
Thank you if you can help

I can recommend a body shop in Loughborough, not Nottingham I know but he did a fantastic job of rebuilding my rear bumper on the FRP last year after someone smashed in to it
have a look in the good garages list, Tech2 is the bodyshop

Peugeot 206 front arches have very nearly the same arch profile as the rears on the opposite side of the Puma - IE front left arch on a 206 is nearly the same profile as rear left on a Puma.
Check a scrapyard for them, if you find them, it'll save some fabrication costs. They're decently galvanised to boot.
Fairly well known trick around these parts, and worth a sniff if you know someone tasty with a welder.
HTH.

Newcastle/Gateshead/North East area......rear wheel arches fitted at Elliott's Blaydon 0191 414 2020. Amazing job done, highly recommended sensible cost too.

I used Stottercliffe Garage at Penistone, fantastic job cost £600. Recommended by a friend who has worked in the motor trade for 30 years.
