I finished work at 2am, I'll probably be up till 3-3.30 ish sometimes later.
I've been known to go to bed at5.30-6am before Brian wakes up rolleyes.gif
Even on my nights off I don't go to bed early- not before 1am at least.

What about you Insommia or work?

When I come home, admittedly it's not that late- 2am I can never go straight to sleep, I have to unwind first, read, watch TV/dvd, eat & drink biggrin.gif

I can do both....stay up do "stuff" or go straight to bed either is fine.

You just have to let your body do what it needs to do on shift work.

Many years ago when I was on night duty during my nurse training, & also about a year back when I worked till 5am 3 nights a week on my work's lunchtime 1am -2am, I dozed off for about 30 minutes or so - I felt awful, much worse tha if I'd been awake huh.gif
